Human Resource Management (HRM) is the process of managing people within an organization. In construction, HRM is primarily concerned with ensuring that a project has sufficient human resources, with the correct skill-sets and experience, for the project to be successfully completed. In most of the construction industry often experiences complexities in project completion schedule and cost due to no availability of a sufficient number of skilled labors and demand of the required construction material to carry out the planned work. Therefore the proper management of this single largest component can improve the productivity and cost efficiency of a project and help ensure its timely completion. One of the major problems in delaying construction projects is the poor quality of materials and resource management. In our project mainly focuses on how to identify the different components of human resources management and quality of the material supply in the construction industry.
